Startup Guide Germany is almost here

As you may know, after publishing multiple guidebooks exploring startup ecosystems in various German cities, including Frankfurt, Startup Guide is now releasing a regional guidebook dedicated to Germany’s impact-focused entrepreneurial scene. Meet Startup Guide Germany.

The guide explores startups, founders, programs, investors and schools focused on sustainability and social impact across five regions: Berlin, Frankfurt Rhein-Main, Hamburg, Nuremberg and Ruhr. Alongside insightful interviews from leaders and inspiring stories of purposeful innovation, the book provides helpful tips on starting a business in Germany.

Startup Guide founder and CEO Sissel Hansen says, “Germany will always be close to Startup Guide’s heart — we launched our first title in Berlin and continue to have strong ties to its community. I’m thrilled to expand our reach to the wider German ecosystem and share some of its inspiring stories through the book and the launch event.”
Including representatives from Impact Hub, Digital Hub Hamburg, startport and many more key players, the virtual launch event is a great opportunity to learn why impact-focused ventures are thriving in Germany and discover what the country has to ofer to both new and established entrepreneurs.
Sophie Münzberg, partnerships manager at Impact Hub Berlin says, “Innovation and entrepreneurship have crucial roles to play in tackling the social and environmental challenges of our time. Impact Hub Berlin is proud to collaborate with Startup Guide and showcase some of the founders, ventures and hotspots from this movement across Germany. We hope that the book inspires many more to follow their path towards creating a future that works for both people and the planet.”

The book was made in collaboration with Impact Hub Berlin, Impact Hub
Hamburg and Impact Hub Ruhr. It was supported by Berlin Partner for Business and Technology, FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH, [email protected], ZOLLHOF, Initiativkreis Ruhr and startport.

Mainstage Incubator and Frankfurt Valley were also involved as Ecosystem Ambassadors and a spoiler, we are looking forward to get your feedback on what we share inside the book.
