What do startups need that want to ignite the next level? Capital, of course. But the network is at least as important. Experts with a lot of know-how and experience who can help if things get stuck in the development of an innovative business idea. Contact persons who are familiar with the regional ecosystem and who also establish concrete connections in the world of corporates. Member Zühlke and the business initiative are now offering a startup mentoring program that does just that. It’s called “Boozt your Business”.

“Boozt your Business is the mentoring program for young tech companies that really want to get started in FrankfurtRheinMain,” says Stefan Grasmann, Managing Director Competence Center and member of the management team at Zühlke . Zühlke employees have had startups such as Framen , Floating office or bracelesssuccessfully accompanied. Now the global innovation service provider and the business initiative are putting the startup mentoring program on a broader footing. “In the future, startups will have two strong partners at their side who are giving their business model a double boost. What is important to us is the solution and practical orientation, the regional anchoring and, in particular, the sustainability of our support, “said Grasmann, who, together with Wirtschaftsinitiative Managing Director Jörg Schaub and Zühlke colleague Alexander Häußler, gave the starting signal for the close cooperation.

Six month timetable

The current run of the new mentoring offer begins on October 1st, and startups can apply using an online form until October 31st . Anyone who would like to receive additional information and hear quotes from former mentees and mentors can also register on 14/15. Connect to the digital edition of the startup SAFARI FrankfurtRheinMain in October . This is followed by a small selection process and the mentees find their mentors at a matchmaking event in the first half of November. The mentoring sessions are on the program over the winter, at the end of March a graduation event including a tangible presentation of the results concludes the program. In the future, Boozt your Business will offer five startups from the region the opportunity for individual mentoring twice a year.

Are you missing important network contacts, for example to corporates in the region? “Startups that answer these questions with yes should definitely apply for one of our five mentoring positions,” explains Zühlke Lead Consultant Alexander Häußler, who himself has startup experience. “Boozt your Business is aimed at early stage startups with a clear tech focus.
