Finalists of the Hessen Ideas Competition have been chosen
The finalists of this year’s Hessen Ideen university start-up competition have been announced. 12 start-up projects from eight universities made it to the finals via expert opinions and online voting. The competition is under the patronage of the Hessian Minister for Science and Art Angela Dorn.
The 12 finalists were able to assert themselves among the 36 submissions from the Hessian universities. The teams are preparing for the final in the coming weeks and will present their ideas to a jury in November, which will decide on the placement. As part of the digital closing event on November 18, 2020, the winners will be announced and all viewers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites live at the audience award.
The winners can look forward to cash prizes, but also access to the network of the Hessian startup ecosystem because networking is an important component of the Hessen Ideen Initiative. Since this is only possible to a limited extent due to the current situation, there will be an exclusive networking event for the participants in the competition at the beginning of December.
